Memorial Day weekend 2009

LD spent some time this sunday (May 24th) with Tristan. This time it was at April's mom's. Tomorrow there's a BBQ at April's brother's. I've posted some fotos on "myfamily.com" member's should go there and check it out.

Sunday, 1st trip to our pool

I spent a beautiful day here at the pool with my kids and grandson. A day such as this gives me reason to go on living. I laughed and had such a great time just playing with my kids and grandson. Tuesday I get to make a visit to see him again, I dropping off Beverly Hills Chihuahua so he can see that. Cute movie. April is very sweet, I like her alot. She did such a great job with my grandson. Single momma's have it rough. As I understand she had a great support group with her mom, sis and brother. I would have so loved to had been there with her too but I'm just grateful that she is allowing us into their life in the present. It look's like the baby has been her focal point and it shows, she's done a great job with him. He's such a good boy my gorgeous grandbaby. And he is so very loved by us all.

This past monday the 11th of May LD took his son and son's mommy to see the Pier in St. Petersburg. It was closed by the time they got there but they were still able to go to the top, play some games and see the lights. I called on tuesday and they said they enjoyed their visit and we all can't wait to see them again when they come over here to the pool where we live. I want to have some ice cream on hand and some fruit salad, got him some new swim trunks. I can't wait to see my grandbaby!!

May 1st & 2nd

Last friday LD went to visit his son. They played for alittle while and planned for the next outing. Saturday they went ot see "Wolverine" at the movies. I asked if that movie scared him any and he said apparently not because on the way out he mimmicked Wolverine for them in the parking lot. He's only 4yrs old but he's such a big boy.
